It is produced from an engineered PE material called PE-RT (polyethylene Raised Temperature Resistance), it is capable of transporting water up to 95 ° C with pressures up to 8 bar. Our production ranges from diameter 5/8" - 2/4" for PVC pipe, diameter 20 mm - 1200 mm for PE pipe.

	ADDED VALUE VINILON provides after sales service and various product and installation training that is beneficial for users, customers & distributors. We have a team of well experience in-house trainer in installation of PE pipe with different terrains. Onshore and offshore PE pipe installation embrace a huge area of PE pipe applications that requires specific skills and knowledge to carry out a proper installation. A few example of the projects being supervised by out trainers are : Kuala Enok ( Riau) : Welding of the 250 mm pipe was performed on a floating pontoon prior being submerge into the river. All the weldings had to be carried out in the evening to avoid disturbing river traffic. The challenges lies at the time of the submerging the pipe at a depth 14 m from the surface of the river which requires the services of professional divers to guide the direction of pipe and make sure it is properly anchored on to the river bed. Probolinggo : Installation of 160 mm diameter pipe along the 8 km across the sea from the offshore Probolinggo to Gili Ketapang island. On many occasions, VINILON always provide a variety of training that related to products, installation and construction, and ways of connecting pipe effectively and efficiently to all the users, consumers and VINILON distributors.
